Return and Exchange Policy – Skelton971
At Skelton971, customer satisfaction is our top priority. To ensure the highest level of trust and quality, we provide a one-year warranty on the functionality and performance of our watches. This includes:
• The watch movement
• Accuracy of timekeeping
• Overall quality and reliability
We also offer free repairs for any manufacturing defects covered under the warranty during this one-year period. Additionally, we will cover the costs of collection, repair, and delivery back to the customer across all regions in the UAE after the repair is completed.
Exchange Policy
We offer an exchange period of seven days from the date of delivery, under the following conditions:
1. The watch must remain in its original packaging, and no part of the packaging or protective seals should be removed.
2. All accessories and items that came with the watch must be returned in the same condition they were received.
A fee of AED 25 will apply for exchange requests, covering both the collection and delivery costs. This fee is non-refundable and will be charged only once.
Before exchanging the watch, our delivery agent will photograph the item to verify that all conditions have been met.
If there is a price difference between the exchanged watch and the new item, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference.
Return Policy
At Skelton971, we operate with a limited inventory of exclusive products. For this reason, returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:
1. Manufacturing defects or issues with the product’s functionality.
2. Receiving a product that differs from the specifications or details provided prior to purchase.
Please note:
• Returns will not be accepted due to the customer’s personal preferences or if the product does not match their style after trying it on.
• We cannot process returns simply because the customer no longer likes the item.
